HK Associates (HKA) specializes in the design,
engineering, and execution of comprehensive wastewater treatment
solutions, including Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Effluent Treatment
Plants (ETPs), and Solid Waste Management Systems. Our services cater to a
wide spectrum of clients including industrial facilities, residential
apartments and villas, hospitals, auditoriums, commercial complexes, and
more.
A notable project includes the Orchid Hospital,
located in Changaramkulam, under Alamcode Panchayath, Ponnani Taluk,
Malappuram District. HKA successfully designed and executed a 35 KLD
Sewage Treatment Plant for the hospital, utilizing the Moving Bed
Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology. To enhance the quality of the treated
water, a tertiary treatment system with Ultra Filtration (UF) was
implemented, ensuring safe and sustainable reuse of the treated effluent. The
system is currently operating efficiently and reliably.
Additionally, HKA has also undertaken the design and
implementation of the hospital’s Water Treatment Plant (WTP), further
supporting the institution’s commitment to water sustainability and hygiene.
